Known as Macca, I am a passionate advocate for the ethical use of technology and social media, working with SMEs to global corporate juggernauts to ensure that everything they do is effective, and held to the highest standards. Using technology to better the way we exist and creating content with a conscience.I give enthralling and engaging keynote talks around the world, primarily covering technology, marketing, and customer service based topics. Drawing on my 15 years in the sport of skydiving, I also discuss risk and how to understand it, and use it, in business to the advantage of everyone.With an extensive marketing background, I am able to work with brands from all sectors, at all levels, to help them better understand their consumers, and devise ways to more effectively target them through the use of technology. Setting strategy, analysing customer journeys, and effectively using and growing data are all things that sit at the forefront of my work. The future of technology and its application are a real passion for me, and as a self confessed nerd, I like to fully immerse myself wherever possible, so that I can better advise my clients.
