In my role, I am integrated within the Fund’s investment team while working closely with the Fund’s overarching governance and compliance function. I am responsible for all investment governance functions including but not limited to:• ensuring the Fund’s investment governance framework and investment related disclosures are compliant with prudential standards and relevant law• reviewing, drafting and operationalising new policies within our investment governance framework• ensure new manager appointments comply with the Fund’s due diligence policy and further support the process by completing operational due diligence and risk assessments as necessary • perform the role of Secretary for the Investment Committee.Another rewarding and important part of my role is being responsible for driving, implementing and monitoring ESG and responsible investment within the investment team. Some of my key functions relating to ESG and responsible investment include: • reviewing and enhancing the Fund’s responsible investment posture• maintaining and improving the Fund’s Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) status• attending, representing and collaborating on behalf of the Fund at responsible investment forums and associations • aligning and maintaining alignment to the ACSI Asset Owner Stewardship Code• drafting and operationalising an Active Ownership and Engagement Policy• reporting on progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals • working with internal stakeholders to develop a framework and methodology to ensure compliance with Modern Slavery legislation • planning to ensure the Fund complies with the Taskforce on Climate related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) requirements • reporting to members on the Fund’s responsible investment activities.

I am responsible for the formation and execution of QIEC Super's strategy across a number of channels and stakeholders. I am also responsible for agreeing, implementing and measuring appropriate tactics to ensure the strategic goals of QIEC Super are met. In this role, in conjunction with the dedicated Board of Directors, staff and service providers, I also oversee and execute QIEC Super's operations in discipline areas including but not limited to risk, audit, investments, governance, marketing, client relations, insurance and regulatory change.
