Permanent recruitment

This role is responsible for the staffing requirements for Permanent placements throughout Western Sydney.360 degree recruitment (from placing advertisements to ongoing follow ups on placements)Sourcing and maintaining suitable candidates via advertising meansRecords management to track and record candidate applications Updating candidate and client databaseAll documents for legislative requirements for both candidate and clientsConducting candidate interviews & registrations Building and maintaining client relationshipsBusiness development Working to monthly KPISClient visitsCandidate reference checks & summaries Candidate follow up and site visitsProvide specific industry and salary information for clientsAttend regular meetings

This role was responsible for the complete opening and day to day management of 3 clinics within Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. ResponsibilitiesReception duties which include: Greeting patients, answering the phone, making appointments, file managementInvoicing, accounts, recalls, organise mail and arrange couriers, quotes, bankingEnd of day reporting for boardTyping referral letters, patient lettersUse of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher Use Dental for Windows based systemSales to market on new productsFace to face sales to Dentists/ Specialists Liaison with major dental suppliers Use HICAPS machineStock ordersCollections of overdue accountsOpening and closing of Dental Practice Recruitment of all staff and Dentists( for 3 clinics)Assisting Dentist in all appointments and where possible Sterilization of all equipment and instruments & of surgeryAttending all treatment and product seminarsSetting up and working the Health expo'sDesigning all marketing materials for products and promotionsWeekly interstate travel to oversee other clinicsTrained in laboratory to assist in making devicesCan assist with: CPAP treatments, sleep apnea devices and all basic Dentistry
