Manage all day to day operations at the Fitness Center and staff as well as cleaning equipment, setting up new equipment, and maintaining normal functions.Responsible for all membership data, budgets, weekly emails, reports, and following up with any problems/concerns happening in the center.Market and promote the New Fitness Center at the Dallas Regional Office.Run the Group Exercise program and teach classes including bootcamp, muscle toning, circuit, yoga, abs, and cycle Provide member assessments that include resting heart rate, blood pressure, circumference measurements, body fat analysis through skin calipers, flexibility test, crunch and pushup test, and a cardiovascular assessment.Create individualized programs for members based upon their assessment as well as their goals.Present on Stress Management, Wellness, and Exercise not only to members of the center, but other employees as well.Design and implement all programs to educate the members on wellness, fitness, and nutrition.
