• Finding solutions to help my Project Manager and Senior Analysts make project deliverable deadlines• Tracking project and team hours via Smartsheets to make sure we are inline with our statement of work. • Managing project calendars with our Project Manager to find when we can invoice deliverables. • Collaborate with Senior Analysts as we give a quality assurance on deliverables and wireframes• Work in Adobe XD to build a structured wireframe design. • Set up materials for user findings. • Tabulate in user testing. • Have collaborative sessions with project manager in UX training or in other UX services Interface Guru provides

• Copywriter for social media content to let audience members know on upcoming shows coming to Tucson. • Keeping track of show expenses to know what content needs to be boosted through Facebook Ad Manager. • Taking over social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat to post announced shows, tickets on sale, and live stories on show events. • Helping with marketing events on and off site (flyer handouts, ticket promotions, etc.)• Stay updated with show managers request on certain texts/media content in the post. Accomplishments: Took over all marketing tasks for 2 months during our preparation for annual gala event. This included posting content, connecting with band managers and managing our intern team.

• Assisting guest with finding, recommending and adding additional products to their carts. • Notifying guest about our newest products and how it is beneficial for them. • Helping team members with moving product on and off the stage floor and providing in-depth knowledge of our 
new product lines. • Providing useful information to team members about having a safe, organized, and a clean working environment. • Visual Merchandise- Setting the product on the floor by following company’s visual merchandise guide. • HR- assisting the HR leader with any scheduling, hiring, and paperwork. 
Accomplishments: During the holiday season, I was able to knock out all of my shipment and being able to help others on placing product on the floor while helping guests find their Christmas gifts in different stores.
