After completing my internship I have continued to grow and work full time whilst finishing university and also once finished at university.

I joined St Mary’s Hospital originally as a placement student in management accounts. I have done 12 months of learning and gaining new skills which I know are widely used and can be applied in different circumstances. After my 12 months was up whilst studying my final year at university I have stayed on part time at 3 days a week which has continued my learning from a student. I work part time at McDonalds as a Crew Trainer, this includes different roles like training up new employees and taking charge of the floor is the manager has to leave for a break eg. This has helped me increase my leadership skills and also has helped me understand what it is like to be a manager.
