Current- Provide exceptional customer service, operations support, problem resolution, and specialized administrative assistance to producers, policy owners, broker/dealer back-offices, and other clients at Pacific Life.- Follow up on outstanding requirements and respond to inquiries from agents, financial institutions, and clients, ensuring timely updates.- Screen 1035 exchanges, direct rollovers, and direct transfers for completeness and compliance.- Order underwriting required documents and refer applications for further analysis as necessary.- Process documentation and premium payments to facilitate policy issuance.- Analyze and address special application handling needs, including verifying sales producers' licensing and appointments.- Solve non-routine problems, analyze solutions, and interpret precedent to determine appropriate actions.- Gather product information to address specific customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.- Review and address customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions effectively.- Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments, and manage product substitutions and returns.- Research and resolve customer concerns and provide detailed information on services and technical inquiries.- Demonstrate proficiency in processing tasks across multiple operational systems.
