• Execute platform migrations from Brandwatch Analytics and Crimson Hexagon to Brandwatch Consumer Research by helping transfer, debug, optimize and cleanup of client accounts• Develop process and migration path and education framework for client migration• Develop proof of concepts / custom demos and presenting technology solutions• Oversaw technical issues and coached clients • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to relay technical client issues and strategize solutions• Work with large volumes of data and multiple projects; troubleshooting problem data
