My main client engagement was working for a Global Business undertaking an upgrade to their banking platform from August 2016- September 2018. This was a dual-role working as a PMO within the larger upgrade project and taking lead as Project Manager to simultaneously upgrade the internet banking functionality.In addition to this, I also headed the Project Management for C5 Alliance's internal change. Working with multiple technical SMEs from initial requirement gathering & formation of a business case through to project planning and implementation of technical products/systems purchased to enhance or improve a particular business function.Following the birth of my first child in September 2018, I was on maternity leave until May 2019.
