Dress In Distress Hire is my designer dress hire business which I created in February 2023. Since launch, I have organically scaled my Instagram presence from 0 followers to 1,100 through influencer marketing, and organic content, and of course - word of mouth and a polished reputation. My collection is carefully curated by myself and I handle all aspects of the business including content management, marketing, collaborations, sales and customer service.

My role at Ray White Concierge allows me to engage with clients, and focus on understanding customer service standards when communicating at a high level with a client over the phone. In this position I applied high level photography skills, as well as, working on computer software apps such as photoshop, lightroom and canva – which I have proficient skills in all the above software’s. This role includes me interacting with the children and staff in order to get the children aged 6 months – 5 years old, to sit down and then I will use a variety of different techniques to make them smile. There was a responsibility for ensuring all photoes were filled correctly off the SD card, to which then lightroom and photoshop were applied to make any minor touchups in order for the photo to be at the highest standard. My role includes correcting clients exercise form and technique, running through each session, including the warm up and cool down (including demonstrations), setting up and packing away all equipment daily. I ensured I was reaching the KPI target each month, kept up to date with the latest trends and created compelling content across both platforms which was engaging, connected with its consumers and promoted brand exposure. My role included editing (Raw footage), downloading and scheduling a variety of content, whilst constatenly creating relatable ideas and trends to match F45's target audience.
