Hello! A (not so) brief overview:Education: I obtained my B.A. degree in psychological science and music (double major) from Carthage College in 2019. When not studying, rehearsing, performing, or chugging caffeinated beverages, I could be found tutoring in the Writing Center and Psychology Department, assisting residential students as an R.A., or preparing various music venues for performances. Balancing three jobs with full-time school taught me the invaluable skills of time management, reliability, organization, and work ethic.Professional: I entered the professional world immediately after graduation, placing graduate school on hold and diving into a sales position in the Chicago area. Upon becoming a top-performing salesperson, my leadership responsibilities expanded to include facilitating morning meetings, interviewing employee prospects, and training new hires. COVID caused this role to transition again, closing our sales company and bringing my training and education experience northwest to the Hudson School District. There, I substitute taught special education through the Spring of 2021. My student mentality and sales experience merged when I met Cabrio Structures, a local, innovative company where I am currently enjoying employment as the CEO's personal assistant and salesperson.
