Managed standards and evaluations for the only Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) schoolhouse in the Air Force. With such high standards and oversight of the RPA schoolhouse, our instructors and evaluators need to have their Form 8s represent their quals respectively and accurately. I ensured these tasks and oversight were properly managed throughout. Evaluators and instructors’ Form 8s were created and managed in accordance with 11-203 V2 (RPA Specific Guidance) to standardize Squadron Instructor Training (SIT).Provided time-sensitive publication update pushes to our local network hub for Electronic Flight Books (EFB). This was crucial in making sure all students had active and up to date information for every ride instructional ride. If a student did not have the updated publications, it would result in a demerit for that training event.Utilized G/TIMS to update all forms to meet AFI, Group, and Wing requirements. Completed G/TIMS classes in 2021 to advance my knowledge in the program to be a subject matter expert (SME) for the squadron when it came to STAN/EVAL in G/TIMS. This greatly improved the products we could deliver to our members.STANEVAL point of contact for weekly staff meeting slide updates. Ensured leadership and our command was updated with all relevant information pertaining to those instructors or evaluators who were in-phase or who had outstanding issues relating to their evaluations.Maintained the 558th FTS’ evaluation folders on G/TIMS from in-processing new instructors to annual reviews. Exercised extreme attention to detail of each aircrew folder; this was imperative to the mission of the office due to the high importance of AFI regulations and keeping aircrew legal to fly especially when students are involved.Referenced Air Force Instructions (AFI’s) and Air Education and Training Command (AETC) specific publications to ensure proper conduct and following of guidelines.
