Supporting the Production Manager through creative briefs that are submitted to the studio. Hybrid working.

Key responsibilities: • Manage the logistics, deliveries and despatching of products. Keeping in contact regularly with the company’s sales department in regards to potential delays or issues with customer orders.• Responsible for maintaining an efficient production plan to meet customer requirements. As well as conversing with the production manager about any material shortages thus ensuring that a continual supply of materials is readily available onsite and in external warehousing to meet production schedules and customer demands.• Collaborate with other members of the production team as necessary to ensure all specific customer requirements for the products sold are produced to the highest possible standard.• Regularly liaise with department leaders to evaluate the progress of each stage of production and determine whether changes are necessary to meet the customer’s order requirements.• In charge of the Creation/Processing of manufacturing paperwork including works orders.• Manage the subcontracting worksheets, ensuring all products are labelled correctly, with the correct weights, part numbers, case hardening and the correct plating. • Consistently use ERP operating systems such as, Mie Trak and Emax.• Provide cover for the production manager during their absences.• Provided administrative support to the marketing department. Including providing cover where possible for the company’s marketing assistant when absent.• Perform all general office duties, including answering multi-line phones, routing telephone calls or messages to appropriate staff, email enquires etc.Key achievement: • Earned a promotion from warehouse operative to production planning assistant after showing significant levels of ability and initiative whilst the production manager was absent.

Warehouse Operative Duties.

Responsible for looking after children across three different age groups 0-1, 2-3 and 4-5 ensuring their care whilst at Nursery.• Regularly developed teaching plans and preparation of Nursery activities.• Worked within the EYFS framework, understanding the specific requirements for each age group.• Understood children with SEND requirements, ensuring activities and programs were catered to each child accordingly.• Assisted younger children with their toileting and personal hygiene whilst following all necessary safety requirements.• Coordinated and supervised both indoor and outdoor activities for the children in attendance.• Actively participated in staff meetings and OFSTED Inspections, regularly contributing new ideas for programs to help enrich the experience for the children.• Managed food and snack preparation and accommodating for allergies and dietary requirements.• Responsible for the dropping off of school children and collection of children for our breakfast and afterschool clubs.• Handled conflict or complaints from parents in a professional and courteous manner.• Frequently supervised groups of children when out on day trips.• Liaised with governmental bodies such as social services when required.• First aid duties including completing accident and incident forms.• Regularly completed, folder work such as observations, EYFS booklets, COEL linking and next steps for my key children.• Handled important confidential data and safeguarding discretely and sensitively at all times.• Carried out nappy changing, baby feeding and essential child care for extremely young children.
