I take great pride in my role as Boilerhouse Operations Superintendent at Queensland Alumina Limited (QAL). My unwavering commitment to the safety and efficiency of our operations is at the forefront of my people-centered leadership approach.Recently, I gained valuable exposure to capital planning and transformation during my time as Business Improvement and Transformation specialist. Prior to this, I'm proud to have successfully completed the Frontline Leadership Development Program with Rio Tinto, where I gained invaluable training and on-the-job experience in the Boiler House at QAL. During this time I gained my Advanced Boiler Operations qualifications. My career began as a Human Resources Graduate at Anglo American, where I supported various HR functions and projects across different mining operations in Middlemount. Working from site, this experience allowed me to witness the critical role of people in achieving organisational success and is what sparked my passion in leadership and the resources industry.
