Motivated Learning Services and Development Specialist with a voracity for growth and improvement. I have trained and polished many a leader and skilled trainer in my day. I’m ICMI certified and a neuroscience/ neuropsychology nerd who brings an understanding of the human brain and it’s quirks into her teaching applications. I have been a successful leader, admin wiz, and adaptable tech fiend for the duration of my career and I look forward to building many more skilled leaders before I stop.I know you’re looking for skilled professionals with a knack for talent development, leadership development, and organizational development. You want people who are skilled in employee engagement and executive coaching. You know that a good resume is only half of the battle; you need an L&D specialist with a knack for both people and data. You’ve found one. I look forward to connecting.I started my journey in L&D about 7 years ago. I always had a knack for helping people understand things they were struggling with, as well as compelling performances, and this made me a natural fit for the role. So much of new hire onboarding is proactive employee engagement, and the rest is a delicate balance of facilitation and a strong curriculum. I have curated many a curriculum from scratch, utilizing instructional design principles, LMS modules, a healthy amount of gamification, and careful attention to Androgogy studies. I’ve utilized both physical materials and digital learning platforms depending on the needs of the client. Aside from new hire onboarding and leadership development, I’m also skilled in training other L&D experts. I have a lot of success with upskilling and micro-learning in various industries, from tech to medical billing and customer service to sales. I also type 75WPM.
