I worked with other assigned community managers and oversaw community engagement for three different Snail Games titles, including Dark & Light, Fear the Night, and Outlaws of the Old West. I directly collaborated with developers to manage bug reports and implement fixes. I also kept new development teams and community managers up-to-date on current processes, news, and community updates. Additionally, I organized and hosted events such as in-game competitions for the community. I streamlined and moderated community-used platforms like Steam, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, and official forums. I created and established personal KPIs, which helped me boost the company's online presence and confidently improve the overall brand image.
