An early career working with multinational and boutique search firms (Russell Reynolds Associates, Derwent Executive, Alexander Mann Global Markets London) followed by a twelve-year career as an independent operator whilst raising a family and building an online business with my partner. During this time, I worked with a broad portfolio of corporate and executive search clients including: Apple Retail, Commonwealth Bank, Mirvac, Lend Lease, Lexis Nexis, Jalco, University of Sydney, Stephenson Mansell Group, SR Search, Carrington King, 325 Consulting, Hattonneale, Reiser Corporation, Oceans Group, Frazer Jones, Hourigan International. In December 2020 I was offered an opportunity to join Hourigan International.

An online global mobility services business I co-founded, co-built and sold to a commercial partner
