Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities
CurrentManage & facilitate overall real estate & facilities departments on all capital office projects & workplace operations, collaborating closely with executive leadership. Manage administrative & support functions, including design, construction, and renovation of projects. Oversee budget, reporting, implementation, & project closeouts. Identify and address real estate & facilities needs, supporting the global office impressions, including lease management, site extensions, invigorating existing workplaces, closures, relocations, facilities management, & broker & vendor connections. Recognize need, size, and area, arrange terms and pricing, secure space, manage accounts and users, record usage, and serve promptly with serviced office representatives to settle issues. Lead reestablishment projects and optimize costs throughout duration of lease. Execute workplace normalization of strategy & method guidelines. Manage global facility maintenance vendors. Rationalize strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives considering vendor diversity, feasibility, & risks related to financial stability. Engage cross-functionally on various domestic & international initiatives & facilitate program meetings as required. Guarantee monetary controls are set for each project for effective project & budget management. ● Deliver global organizational leadership & oversight to all levels of staff, including third parties, across all office space & facilities. ● Report to and partner closely with Chief Financial Officer; provide recommendations, submit proposals/reports for review & approval. ● Collaborate cross-functionally and facilitate progress meetings with multiple departments, including IT, Finance, Legal and HR. ● Serve as liaison with property management ensuring all building-related issues are settled.● Managed $30M global real estate portfolio. ● Remotely fostered more than 14 successful new office interior projects, enabling design, vendor, schedule, and budget management.
