-Coordinates and attends activities related to local commencement ceremonies and community relations.-Performs various clerical and administrative functions to ensure that information is timely and accurate and that the necessary University resources are available to internal and external customers.Opens the facility, closes the facility, and ensures Student Resource Centers are staffed during business hours and maintained.-Performs various activities to support the accurate and timely processing of attendance. Activities may include distributing or collecting attendance sheets, inputting information in the appropriate student tracking system, researching discrepancies of records, and following up on related issues with the appropriate campus personnel. -Ensures that the campus facilities and related equipment are available and in the appropriate condition to accommodate student and faculty use by scheduling rooms, coordinating equipment check-out, and stocking rooms with the appropriate classroom supplies.

Interview and train new hires on our products. I often would work directly with our clients to revamp and create new training materials to improve over all performance. I worked closely with operations and quality department to ensure that our teams provided the best customer experience possible to our callers.
