After earning a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, complemented by a minor in Mathematics, from Virginia Tech—one of the nation’s leading ISE programs—I relocated to Charlottesville, VA, to pursue a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia.During my time in UVA's Link Lab, I've transitioned my research from user interfaces in automated vehicles, to focus on human factors research in psychometrics, mental workload measurement, formal methods modeling, and human-AI interaction. This evolution reflects my commitment to understanding and optimizing the nuances of human interactions with technology.In the spring of 2024, I earned my en route Master's of Engineering (M.E.) and a graduate certificate in Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). These accomplishments have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively design, manage, and enhance embedded/ smart systems and the Internet of Things (IoT).Driven by a commitment to enhancing user experiences and optimizing system performance, I am eager to contribute to advancements in technology that bridge the gap between humans and machines.
