My goal is to improve profitability and employee morale through better group health insurance. I've passionately done this for the past 12 years. We are the #3 largest private insurance broker. We have all the resources of the largest brokers but as an employee-owned firm, we think like owners, not like shareholders. Subtle difference but when your service manager owns a piece of the company, you feel the difference. I graduated from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business where I studied Finance and Economics. I am a curious thinker, value honesty, and believe in the power of consistency.
