Onboard this newly refurbished 1992 Broward, I am the sole stewardess and on this vessel I am responsible for laundry, housekeeping and service. I assist with all exterior work as well and line handling.

At this well-known Greek establishment in Delray Beach, Florida, my responsibilities included the opening and closing of the restaurant and assisting with certain food preparation. My main duties were taking orders for food and drinks, and serving clients. I had many regular customers who came back specifically for me because of my hospitality.

At this 5-star Boutique Hotel, consisting of 7 luxury rooms and suites, I was responsible to ensure the smooth running of breakfast service. This included plating food, ensuring the plates and are in line with 5-star standards, as well as serving the guests. My duties included welcoming international guests, and checking them into their assigned rooms, serving guests food and drinks at the pool, ensuring the property was always neat and presentable. In addition, I also trained at the front desk, in housekeeping and concierge services.
