CurrentIn addition to my duties as a Global Strategic Rep I, in this role I've also taken on the below:- Conducting individual case reviews for peers, ensuring that the proper internal process was taken and a right resolution was formed for the client. Provide feedback sessions with reps and allow for conversations for areas of opportunity. Meet with the quality review team to discuss these case examples and align on best practices for the team- Involved in higher level, cross- functional projects. These include ensuring proper resources are created and documented so that support across all lines of business can align with our sales team and other cross-functional partners- Facilitate training in areas where I am a subject matter expert. Act as a liaison between our department and other departments to ensure we have the latest updates for these product lines and create escalations on behalf of the team- Connect with new hires and conduct shadowing sessions to help establish time management, understanding of product lines, suggest ways to connect with our internal partners, and help with any product questions
