RMS provided me with the ability to impact the team in multiple ways by creating a freeing environment allowing me to: lead team members and fulfill leadership tasks, creating new products, manage and own projects, reduce lead times and continually improve the company through LEAN manufacturing practices.

Working in this fast paced environment, I facilitated tasks out to individuals and kept track of multiple moving pieces to hit timelines and complete jobs with quality and efficiency.

Working my way into the night supervisor role after a year with the company, by showing I could learn quickly, handle facilitating multiple people, ensure that tasks were completed on time with accuracy, and handling objections drivers had ensuring we maintained good relationships.
