Recruit, schedule, and instruct riders ages 5 and up, with up to 60 lessons per week. Work to train new employees and volunteers in both instruction and farm management. Also may assist with the daily care of a large string of client-owned performance horses.

Plan and execute a week-long summer camp program itinerary for children ages 5-17, with multiple sessions each summer. Train and manage a team of camp counselors, as well as one lead assistant. Summer camp is planned with a focus on active learning, daily riding instruction, classroom activities, crafts, and horsemanship skill training.
