I worked behind the counter which included operating the cash register, wrapping and bagging merchandise, contacting dealers with customer's questions about merchandise, and closing out the register at the end of the day. I did general custodial work such as vacuuming, cleaning glass cases and doors, and cleaning the bathrooms.

Putting away returned merchandise, stocking the shelves with new merchandise, organizing the shelves of my entire zone, assisting customers and handling questions about merchandise, helping out in other areas when needed, and cashiering when needed, sometimes worked full shifts as cashier

Operate the ride, ensure a quality guest experience. General housekeeping around the ride. Handling customers questions and concerns. Having extensive park knowledge and being able to tell people were certain attractions are, helping them when lost. As a lead, manage rotations for different operator positions, organize lunch breaks, keep track of turn style count, let people go home on time, in charge of either closing or opening the ride daily. Running ride checks, getting water filled, everything is clean, trash taken out, items turned into lost and found, keys and paper work turned in.
