CurrentResponsible for managing the technical aspects of SouthEast Bank and subsidiaries' marketing efforts. Maintain the marketing tech stack and manage marketing automation workflows and strategy. Improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the strategic use of technology, data analysis, and process optimization. Responsible for identifying technology needs, leading the implementation of marketing automation, CRM integrations, optimizing user experience, and streamlining the acquisition of new leads.• Identifying and implementing new marketing technologies such as communications preferences, SMS, new apps, in-app marketing opportunities, and website enhancements to improve and optimize customer experience.• Managing lead flow and coordinating with sales.• Designing, building, and maintaining marketing performance reporting to provide outbound marketing team with insights that assess and influence strategy• Work with internal teams on data flows and integrations for marketing purposes.• Lead the integration of marketing automation and CRM systems to provide optimal prospective customer journey.• Plan and execute strategies to improve website customer experience and conversion, including new tools and content areas.• Implement tools and platforms to provide means for conversion tests and experiments.• Implement user funnel measurement, new touchpoints and methods for customers to interact,and measure the impact of those touchpoints. • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
