I am a passionate public policy advocate with experience in international human rights law. I graduated from Spelman College summa cum laude with a degree in International Studies and a degree French Language and Literature. I spent a semester abroad in Geneva, Switzerland where I studied international development and multilateral diplomacy. There, I studied alongside professionals at various non-governmental organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross, the World Trade Organization, Green Peace, and the United Nations. I have a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. My passions include law, political science, and macroeconomics. My undergraduate and graduate education, in addition to a subsequent internship in Washington D.C.'s Office of the Attorney General - Child Protection Section, have helped me to develop strong research and organizational skills.
