Oversees and supports the staffing and operations of various systems that support the school, specifically in the areas of Human Resources, Campus Safety, and Auxiliary Services.

Administrator overseeing Auxiliary Services, which include before and after school care (Extended Day), busing and transportation, after school enrichment classes, and summer programs. Additionally, this position supervises Lower School classroom teacher assistants including hiring, training, coaching, providing ongoing support and feedback, individualized professional development, and annual performance reviews.

Sixth Grade, Self-Contained Classroom Teacher

Operate educational summer camp for Pre-K through Rising 5th graders that fosters creativity, innovation, problem solving skills, collaboration, and leadership roles. Coach instructors on implementation of thematic art, science, and outdoor curriculum. Recruit, interview, and hire up to 40 staff members ranging from high schoolers to certified teachers. Implement professional development trainings that develop the skills of current and future educators and leaders.

- Design and manage all programs that take place beyond the formal school day. - After school programs include Extended Day, Learning Enrichment (LEAP), and school-year vacation camp programs. - Responsibilities include program development, staff selection and hiring, and the financial management of both the-day-to-day and long-term logistical needs of all extended programs. - Serve on the school's academic administration team.
