In my current QA position, I developed and implemented several QC checks for MFG, while staying UTD on state regulations and changes. It was my responsibility to enforce processing and manufacturing procedures, technology, and business practices documented in State level SOP's, created and implemented PWI's. I worked directly under the Sr. Quality Manager with the site director, the department managers, and other Corporate Quality managers in partnering states to develop different Quality strategies and processes to implement throughout all northeast facilities. I've successfully created, conducted and implemented QC checks throughout several phases in MFG to ensure company quality standards, food safety guidelines, and meeting formulation specifications, also performed internal audits and worked beside the Compliance Manager to ensure the facility is operating at a smooth and compliant speed.
