Execute daily, on-brand social media content across Instagram and Facebook for our two store locations and online storefront. Create engaging short-form content across social media channels to expand our e-commerce reach nationally. Utilize social media platforms to create and promote in-store and online marketing events. Work daily within the Wrike project management software to ensure efficient and timely project completion. Conduct A/B testing through various email and SMS communications and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly based off findings.

Utilize creative skills and high attention to detail to regularly construct retail displays and merchandise products. Provide interior design assistance and recommendations to customers. Provide excellent customer service to every person who visits or calls our retail location. Employ skills in multi-tasking to complete all daily responsibilities as an active key holder.

Led the referral and intake processes for the Rapid Rehousing Program. Provided ongoing, strengths-based case management to a caseload of 15 program participants, while connecting them to wraparound services and supports. Maintained meticulous and up-to-date documentation of participants’ case plans and progress notes, along with overall program data. Executed rental assistance and utility payment schedules for program participants. Drove the establishment and implementation of the Rapid Rehousing Program within the agency.

Served as the first point of contact for youth accessing housing programs through the agency. Led the admissions and intake processes for all housing programs operated through the agency. Provided strengths-based case management to transitional housing program aftercare clients. Inputted and updated data and program outcomes for the various housing programs within the agency.
