We facilitate all customer contact regarding simple follow ups, comments, concerns, and handle all warranty claims. I am responsible for running Pawsitive Solutions and managing all of PAWSitive's employees. In addition to handling all claims and warranties, I provide additional services to each business owner by rewriting store warranties that correspond with state and federal laws that protect them as well as keep their customers happy.I solely handle the acquisition of new clients and stores while continuing to increase my services to benefit each and every client.
