Manage with a team all aspects of various projects in different stages of process from conception thru design development(multiple stages as neccessary), pre-utility coordination, estimating multiple phases, budgeting, scheduling thru closeout. Team building and maintaining relationship with all clients and project teams.• Manage project progress from design thru construction phases with multiple teams.• Address the needs of clients during design process and make changes according to each project need.• Solutions to various conflicts within construction process• Estimate new projects as needed from Hard Bid, Job Order Contract, Construction Manager at Risk.• Set up and manage budgets • Build and manage schedules with key milestones/activities to ensure projects are completed on time• Manage job costs to ensure projects are on budget and make adjustments as needed• Work with superintendents/ foreman in the field to review schedules and productions and adjust as needed to ensure customer satisfaction at completion• Manage and coordinate subcontractor work, invoices, and scheduling• Maintain Safety standards throughout the company• Coordinate and schedule progress meetings to address concerns and ensure project is progressing as planned

Any Quantity Takeoffs (Including use of Agtek-experience 3 years), Review Civil Drawings, Close Contact with all Subcontractors, Assistant Contract Administrator, Assistant Risk Manager, Human Resources, Handyman, Translator, Computer Aided Drafting Editor for RFI’s.

Managed a yard crew of 6 to 8 men.
