Route analysis and design includes data such as fiber mileages, fiber strand availability, fiber type and owner (implementing, existing, leased fiber, 3rd Party), and necessary DC and POP utilization• Create distance analysis reports and maps using ArcPro to determine site proximity to our as-built and engineered markets• Create greenfield fiber designs for ERATE, CRAN, small cell, Dark Fiber, and Lit market proposals• Build models and scripts in ArcPro to automate geoprocessing and data management• Author and update necessary training documents and train new hires on processes and duties

• Update map database with engineered and as-built routes• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving network outages • Translate and convert GPS engineering points from field to readable data in ArcGIS• Create detailed maps, calculate fiber route statistics, and provide additional GIS support for company departments (Sales, OSP, Finance, etc.)• Update statewide 811 one call database with underground asset additions
