My expertise comes from over 12 years in the food and beverage industry, and customer service skills I have gained from almost 20 years in customer facing roles, from large hotels and resorts, to small family owned restaurants. At It's Italian Cucina, our team, under my leadership as General Manager, thrives in delivering an unparalleled dining experience with fresh pasta and expertly curated wines and cocktails. My academic background in Psychology from Keene State College empowers me to craft a work environment that motivates and excites, ensuring each guest interaction is memorable.Renowned for my expertise in wine education, I've contributed to our wine list's recognition with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. We've sustained excellence for over half a decade, blending the quality of product and service to ensure that exceptional service and communication are the hallmarks of our establishment.We recently expanded, opening Pizzeria Sportiva, a Roman inspired pizzeria and sports bar. I am currently the General Manager and in charge of everything beverage and front of the house related.
