I am a flexible worker capable of adapting to new fields and verticals due to my robust communication skills. In the IT field, I have and worked as a QA, PM, and team lead. I have also produced websites and applications for personal projects using development skills I learned through self-teaching and a University minor in Computer Science.I have taught abroad in China and Japan in English-language classrooms. Subjects I have taught include Computer Science, Physics, English, History, and Arts classes.I have used C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, and Python. Python is my language of choice for personal projects, whereas I prefer Ruby and JavaScript for production level applications.I worked as a cheesemaker and affineur at Beecher's Handmade Cheese making award winning cheddar cheese and cheddar curds. I speak Japanese fluently, and several other languages at the introductory level.
