Team lead of the Commerce Memberships team. We maintain and develop a platform for users to sell access to their digital content on Squarespace through membership offerings. www.squarespace.com/ecommerce/membership-sitesMy responsibilities include: - Partner with product and design early in discovery, and help to ensure a feasible and reasonable scope- Planning and prioritizing engineering work across the team- Coaching and mentoring ICs on the team (e.g. weekly 1:1s, written feedback on PRs + arch docs, providing opportunities aligned with personal goals and progress etc.)- Unblocking the team- Creating and maintaining processes to ensure knowledge sharing and team cohesion- Interacting with other teams across the org at early stages of cross-team projects, ensuring a shared understanding to help prioritize work

• Wrote and maintained XCTests and KIF tests• Wrote backend server application with GCDWebserver to toggle a CLBeaconRegion for KIF testing purposes
