I am an experienced leader with a proven track record in building and nurturing community and corporate partnerships across the Chicagoland area. My approach is transformational, community-led, and people-driven.Throughout my career, I’ve cultivated equitable, trusted relationships with organizations and stakeholders, leading to long-term partnerships in giving, volunteering, and programming. With a strong foundation in higher education, I have led large-scale service-learning initiatives and resource development, particularly in Civic Engagement and Student Leadership.In my role as a coordinator in Northern Illinois, I worked closely with hundreds of non-profit organizations, businesses, and community leaders across the region, which led me to my work in the non-profit sector. At AllChicago, the City of Chicago’s Continuum of Care administrator, I collaborated with landlords and managed programs like the Expedited Housing Initiative. I also served as the Community Engagement Manager at The Cradle, one of Illinois’ largest adoption agencies.I now work to protect communities in a different way. I earned my Life, Accident, and Health Producer Licenses for Illinois, and now work with AO Globe Life.
