At Wonderlic, we have two software development teams that have very different roles. One being a rapid development team who's primary function is to create small, high value packages of work. The second is a team that on focuses on larger development projects, which include new applications and major system changes. My primary role is to continually evaluate new and legacy systems. Outputs of that evaluation include usability feedback, scope verification, performance analysis, U.I. suggestions, bug identification, automated test cases and overall project status.Additionally, I support the entire software development process by facilitating and/or owning the application design, test case planning, manual testing, building automated test frameworks, writing automated tests, bug diagnosis, bug verification, stakeholder reviews, regression testing and system deployments.

Communicating mostly over the phone and email, I served as level one support for our clients. I ensured our clients received prompt answers and solutions, while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and care.
