As a Safety Manager at DEPCOM Power, I provided comprehensive onsite training for over 300 employees, ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations. I led detailed incident investigations, identified root causes, and implemented corrective actions to prevent recurrence. My daily responsibilities.

As a safety coordinator and EMT my main priority was to staff the onsite clinic to enhance onsite case management. Also conducted new hire orientations, weekly training, toolbox talks, and site safety audits. Developed spreadsheets for inspections, training matrixes, and PPE inventory management.
