Working in a lead position for over three years allowed me to develop a passion for mentoring others, while broadening my ability to adapt quickly and make decisions under pressure.I have gained a deep interest in the operations and supply chain industry through obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from the Haskayne School of Business, with a concentration in Operations Management. This appreciation grew throughout a year-long internship focused on workplace operations. My experiences have reinforced my critical thinking skills, allowing me to work with ambiguity and deliver solutions that are timely, accurate, and create business value.
