Mastering skills in information architecture, sketching and wireframing, prototyping and testing, eCommerce and browsing, persuasive and anticipatory design, gamification and behavior change, dashboards and data design, social media and messaging, and product lifecycle.

Overcame shyness and developed an art instructor persona to lead up to 30 person classes. Developed step-by-step instructions that almost everyone could follow, and provided individual help so that most clients had a positive experience.

Consulted with clients about their mental health journeys and where they'd like to be, and recorded their progress through Neurofeedback. Coached the clients through additional mental wellbeing protocols. Took on receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, taking phone calls, and more.

Cultivated strong, secure connections with kids on the Autistic Spectrum from ages 2-8 years old. Helped 3 clients develop better communication and learning skills until they graduated from the program and were prepared to attend school. Promoted to Registered Behavioral Technician III during my time there.
