Ilam Municipality Integrated Solid Waste Management Project in Public Private Partnership with Ilam Municipality.

Clean up Nepal is a for-purpose, non-government organization that aims to unite stakeholders to work towards a cleaner and greener Nepal. Clean up Nepal envisions communities having access to a solid waste management system and the associated knowledge and resources that will enable them to live a healthy, disease-free life.Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders, including volunteers, supporters and organisations.- Plan, promote and execute events and the annual nationwide cleanup.- Create detailed work-plan of projects and smoothly follow through on it in a timely manner.- Oversee volunteers for activities and events in Kathmandu and other locations. - Analyse, evaluate and report on activities and events, and use this information to swiftly make changes and strengthen performance as necessary.- Ideate and create content for social media, website and other communications materials.- Assist Executive Director in administrative tasks like visiting government offices, organizational renewal, accounting, etc.- Supporting in setting up organizational financial policies and procedures.- Peer reviewing.- Ideate, design and develop communication, promotional and printing materials.- Resource development: lesson planning and posters development.- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.Achievements:- Successfully organised Clean up Nepal 2015; annual nationwide cleanup where about 40000 people participated in 21 districts. It was done in collaboration with 9 national and 290 local partners.- Ideated new programs (with the support of the team) like #SafaaSchool Program, #SafaaSadak Abhiyaan and Tree plantation program with geo-tagging system.

It is an IT startup company which basically performs outsourced works from Europe and North America. Responsibilities:- Communication with clients from Switzerland, Thailand and America.- Project Management; plan, manage and monitor multiple projects using project management tools and methods, track projects tasks and resources on a timely basis, and make sure quality and deadlines are met. - Office Management; documentation, logistics, setting documentation standards, etc.- HR Management; hiring and firing decisions, documentation of employees, performance reviews, etc. - Logistic management support.Achievements:- Prepared personnel policy and set organizational guidelines.- Created all the formats required for official purpose and set documentation standard.- Managed two projects.

During almost three years of service, I coordinated two projects with international funding and scores of (local) event based activities. The first was funded by Livability Ireland; it was mostly focused on advocacy and awareness of Spinal Cord Injury, and second was funded by Danish Sports Organization for the Disabled; it is more focused on development of sports for Persons with disability in Nepal and the inclusion of PWDs in sports.Key responsibilities:• Overall office management (administrative, communication and accounting) for the implementation of project.• Planning, executing and reporting the program activities. (to funding partners and stakeholders)• Liaise with local and central government and various other stakeholders to achieve project and organizational goals.• Preparing proposals, database, presentations and reports.• Planning, managing and conducting awareness camps, sports tournaments, workshops and meetings.• Designing brochures, newsletters, forms and other printing materials.• English-Nepali-English translation (printed and oral).• Finding funding partners and scheduling/conducting meetings with them.• Actively assist Monitoring and Evaluation team.
