Lead a brand new healthcare product implementation for patient engagement. Responsibilites include product architecture, working with product management team, hands on coding, and build and deployment. Introduced Phabricator code review tool and performed reviews for junior and offshore resources. Setup production environment and Jenkins continuous integration server. Working with Qpass’ Professional services division developing mobile commerce solutions and extending Qpass’ Prosperity Series Software for network operators. Responsibilities as a team lead and consultant for the Cingular account team include, managing direct reports, project estimating, requirements gathering, project planning, design and implementation.

Worked with Airbiquity's AqServer product team developing their distributed AqServer Java API. Performed requirements gathering from customer, OnStar (the telematics unit of General Motors), and implemented the design via RUP. Developed a Swing and Jython based testing tool to assist test team for server product testing. The tool allowed the test team to write simple Python test cases. Also, worked on web services prototyping using Sun's Web Services Development kit and provided Rational Clearcase Configuration Management consulting.

Lead a team of six engineers in designing and developing a C++ implementation of HiddenMind's wireless middleware product for the RIM, Palm, and Windows Pocket PC platforms. Now Infowave’s Mobility Platform. Worked closely with project management and product management along with leading and assisting developers. Previously, worked on product development using J2ME for the Motorola i85s phone.

Worked as a Consultant with IBM Global Services e-business team. Last worked with Union Bank of California architecting (OOA&D with Rose) and implementing their Bank@Home product, a secure online web based banking product. The project was implemented using IBM's WebSphere Application Server with J2EE technologies, such as Servlets and JSPs, the Apache HTTP Server, Visual Age for Java and MQSeries to integrate with Union Bank's legacy mainframe system. Union Bank of California is the fourth-largest commercial bank in California and one of the 35 largest commercial banks in the country.
