China Operation Integration
Consolidate SCM and PMC as Material Management.
Consolidate PCBA/Box Build under one management.

Responsible for the P&L of the Penang Operation which focus on Silicon Rubber, Keyboard, Scanner and MFP manufacturing :
Annual revenue NTD 10B in 1999, employee 3500/two manufacturing facilities
Primary manufacturing hub for Silitek in Asia.

Support to transfer Scanner Operation from Penang to China in 2000 to drive the lowest manufacturing cost.
Support operation fine tune and product transfer to Mexico.
Transfer back to HQ/China to set-up I Solutions Ltd to focus on EMS business

Ramp-up Sheetfeed scanner at Penang during Q1/Q2' 1997.
Focus on driving COGS in P&L to control COGS under 70% of Revenue.

Responsible for Video Engineering (R&D) and Manufacturing activity at TAO Plant.
Success launch the GW510 Product at BJ/China at Oct/95 , the first PRC Private Label Business with Great Wall Group's (****) Hunan Computer Factory (HCF, ******);
Terminate C&P Business Unit and transfer product /assets to Sunriver after Company sold Terminal BU to Sunriver in Aug/95.
Leave DEC at Feb/96 after success hand over all of the business to Sunriver.
