Lead OpenTable's global business development, partnerships and marketing teams

Responsible for KAYAK North America’s commercial team focused on distribution, ad sales and strategic partnerships. Managed strategic and commercial partnerships across the travel industry including airline, car, packages and cruises. Focused on execution, P&L optimization, revenue generation and contract negotiations. Restructured, trained and managed high-performance team of data-driven and commercial minded superstars.

Developed, launched and grew KAYAK Korea. Defined growth strategy and executed against it. Sourced and established new partners across travel distribution, advertising and PR. Oversaw other APAC regional sites (Japan, Australia and New Zealand) with P&L responsibility. Helped to hire and build inaugural APAC commercial team.

Internal management consulting team focused on strategic planning, operational performance improvement, and care transformation in Kaiser Permanente's Northern California region.

Launched the first in class SGLT2 type 2 diabetes drug Invokana in its first year and completed launch planning of Invokamet, products in the Cardiovascular and Metabolism business. Developed and implemented Janssen Healthcare Innovation's Care4Today™ Heart Health solutions, an integrated care business in the cardiac rehabilitation space.Graduated from ECLDP, a post-MBA two year rotational program designed specifically to prepare future generations of business leaders within J&J and its commercial pharmaceutical business companies.
