Currently I am working full time at Gelboc S.L. as a mechanical designer running the following tasks:- Design and development of laser cutting parts for subsequents manufacturing processes.- Workshop support in milling tasks, folding tasks and drilling tasksAll designs developed in AUTOCAD

During my stage at Rolen Technologies I have been working as a junior mechanical design engineer using the CAD program Catia V5 and developing different internal products, integrating comercial components to our projects and performing technical documentation. The projects in which I have participated are the followings:- Toilet modules development for railway industry:These projects include design of standard cabins for customers and workers, design of waste and fresh water tanks that modules need and assembly of these tanks with the toilet system.I have known new materials unknown to me before as the fiberglass reinforced plastic, sandwich panels, different types of composites and adhesives and different metalwork transformation. Also, these projects have allowed me to work with the system department in the pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical instalations of the modules.- Air filtration units for industrial business.Development of different metalic structures and supports that contain comercial filters and also an own filter with own technology to filter the air of the containers that are coupled. All designs made with CAD program Catia V5.

During my internship in Rolen Technoogies I have been working with CAD program Catia V5, developing the 3D library used in our company, doing 2D drawings, helping in the design and also performing technical documentation of different projects.

During my stage in Bitron Industrie as a quality engineer I have been helping to production quality control, analyzing the final result of our products and reporting problems in the production line.Also doing analysis of problems developed in the products that our customers return to us, Analyzing the functioning of the product and finding the main cause of the failure in case of malfunction. Then performing the technical report.

During my internship in Bitron Industrie I have been working in R+D department, testing and analyzing new products in laboratory and performing technical reports about the results for different work groups.
