• Manage accounting activities to ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and external audits. • Manage the development and improvement from handbook system to a computerized environment. • Accounting Sales, Purchase, Journal, and Cash vouchers data entries. • Accounts Payable:-Supervise the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.• Preparation Creditor & Debtors Outstanding Report on monthly basis.• Accounts Receivable:-Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.• Ledger Management: - Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions & prepare and review journal entries.• Bank Reconciliation Statement daily basis. • Reconciliation of parties and venders accounts monthly basis.• Issue Debit & Credit notes and making provision.• Compliance of TDS, payment of monthly TDS/TCS.• Preparation of GSTR1 and GSTR3B detail monthly Basis. • GST Reconciliation Account Books & GST Portal.
