After an internal promotion, I moved into a more product focused role, working closely with the development team.• Setup and development of internal processes within the Operations department• Scheduling product setup for new product releases to ensure that they are available for customers ahead of the release date to enable sales on release• Liaising with the Publishers to ensure all required details are provided to ensure accurate and timely setup of products• Management of key levels to ensure good levels of stock, promotion setup and new client accounts• Providing daily support and resolving queries both internally and externally• Mentoring and managing team via appraisal system and regular 1-2-1’s • Working with the CTO to manage the Development Roadmap and support in identifying new processes, technical solutions and development of the system and features• Providing technical documentation using Visio and Balsamiq to enable successful delivery of projects• Identifying training needs and delivering training sessions for colleagues on all areas of the system

Working closely with both clients and a team of Web Designers and Developers, my main role was the management and delivery of high-quality websites built on time and on budget using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce & Magento. Key Responsibilities:• Creating relationships with multiple clients, conducting regular calls, taking customer briefs, understanding requirements, gaining and discussing feedback, successfully managing client expectations and providing project plans, milestones, and estimates• Planning and scheduling projects, including highlighting potential unplanned events or risk factors, making modifications to project plans and schedules to accommodate change and scope creep, and ensuring effective delivery and client satisfaction• Discussing technical solutions with clients and providing support and solutions which meet their requirements• Leading and supporting the Front End Development team, coordinating teams to enable successful delivery of projects and ensuring the team has the resource required to complete projects to quote specification• Quality control and testing of websites to ensure the finished product not only meets the original brief but both industry and company best practices; cross-browser testing, device testing, page speed, quality of code, attention to detail• Liaising with third parties to ensure projects run smoothly and resolve any issues with extensions or plugins• Identifying training needs and delivering successful training sessions to team members• Preparing monthly reports, including financial forecasts, project updates, team updates, and billing for projects at certain milestonesAlongside this role, I also achieved Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service and became a Magento Certified Front End Developer and Solution Specialist.
