Supervisor - Systems Group Engineering; Program/Account Manager

Manage day to day dealings with specific customers, including interfacing, quoting, sales tracking and identification of future business. Manage Systems Group engineering department which includes: mechanical and electrical engineers, engineering technicians, and various contract personnel. Responsible for management and coordination of team launch initiatives and planning. Provided leadership to assure optimum customer satisfaction and increase sales. Work closely with Senior Management Staff to provide understanding of current business situation and scope of Key Account, as well as communicate any actions needed to ensure continued growth and security of business. Generate robotic and non-robotic system sales with the end user (OEM) and various Tier 1 and 2 supplier. Develop budgetary and firm quotes for all System Department projects based on the identified needs of the customer and proposed solutions. Evaluate overall profit and loss data, budgetary project cost-data and also establish sales and profit forecasts for Systems Department. Manage personnel details that include: personnel allocation to each system project, personnel hiring, personnel evaluations, facilitating inter-office departmental meetings, and administrative details.Manage and supervise multiple concurrent system projects via communication with customer and my project engineers. Regulate all robotic and non-robotic systems to meet budgetary, quality and design requirements. Coordinate system installations with customer plant personnel in conjunction with all requirements of local union representatives and union guidelines. Familiar with multiple types of robotic and electrical control systems including material handling, weld press tending, vision guided systems, sealer application systems, and various machine tending applications.
